Another oatmeal cookie recipe

I make oatmeal cookies very often because they're my husband's favorite. He loves them very crispy, so I cook them a few minutes longer.

Ingredients:

In large bowl combine:

1/2 lb unsalted butter, softened

3/4 cup dark brown sugar

3/4 cup white sugar

Cream together with hand mixer till combined, then add:

1 egg

1 tsp real vanilla

Blend well then add:

1 cup flour

1/4 cup cold water

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Combine till blended

In very large bowl, add 3 1/4 cups of quick oats.

Blend very well till combined and one color.

Add 1/2 cup raisins, 1/2 cup any nut (I used peanuts this time.)

With 2 spoons, place a tablespoon of dough on well greased cookie sheets.

I got 6 dozen from my batch.

In 350⁰ oven. Bake for 15 minutes till golden. I look them for 18 minutes since the hubby prefers well done cookies.
