1 medium green cabbage, sliced very thin (use food processor for best results)
1 small onion, grated
1 large carrot, shredded
½ green pepper (seeded and diced very small)
3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
½ tsp celery seed
1 Tbsp white sugar
1/8 tsp white pepper
½ - ¾ cup mayonnaise
Combine cabbage, onion, carrots, green pepper and remaining ingredients except mayonnaise.
Toss very well. Let stand until ready to serve. One hour before serving, add mayonnaise and mix very well.
